The application of aluminum profiles in industrial automation has exploded since we started designing and distributing them in 1989. As a result, our capabilities have grown. In addition to supplying slotted aluminum extrusion and related components in bulk, we have considerable expertise in producing the following equipment –

G - System Integration System integration – Primarily for conveyor and product handling systems. We often involve equipment such as pad printers, ink jet printers, labelers, robots, pick and place units, lasers, case packers, case erectors, checkweighers, ultrasonic welders, etc., into more automated systems.

Conveyors – Most of what we build are table top and mat top chain style or flat belt slider designs. While most of what we produce is constructed of our aluminum extrusions, we build many conveyors every year out of stainless steel for food and medical customers.

9b - Conveyors Equipment Enclosures – We build hundreds every year. Frames are of aluminum or stainless steel. Aluminum, plastic, foam and stainless steel panel materials. Many plastic forming options. OHSA safe and integrated control options.

Machine frames - Clever alternative to a gnarly old weldment! High tech looks with no holes to drill and tap and no painting issues. With top plates in all materials. Multiple feet, caster and skirt options.

H OEM programs - We can supply a frame or frame kit with or without total BOM responsibility. We can dress up your product and make the first one look like you have made a hundred. Our “dock to stock” program includes everything – even the box! Our customers never even open the box before shipping.

13 Workstations – We offer standard sizes and configurations, but most customers easily customize further. We often integrate various stations into conveyor systems.

I Trade Exhibits - Our profiles tend to be heavier duty than most exhibit specific material and are great for supporting loads.

Industrial Design - Technical furniture, fish tanks, kick boxing supports, speaker boxes, fixtures. And then there is the really weird stuff…..!
