We are an industrial automation system integrator located in California. We design and build all sorts of custom product handing equipment – typically used in automated processes. Established in 1985, we now have over 30 years of experience and have developed a number of market niches where we have accumulated considerable tribal knowledge about the often special machine requirements that each process demands.

A LEX Products
A LEX Products, Inc. is our wholly owned subsidiary. A LEX aluminum profiles and connection hardware are both industry compatible and yet unique, making for ideal solutions for construction of machine frames and enclosures. We also offer standard conveyors, device stands and linear motion modules.
We have considerable experience in automating processes. Conveyor based projects are our niche. Some of our systems are simple efforts of moving product from A to B. Many others are complex process-dependent projects. Product assembly, packaging and product identification are very common areas that we provide solutions for.
Machine Enclosures & Frames
Machine safety enclosure projects are a large part of what we do. Machine safety is complex and we know the rules and mandates involved. We also integrate light curtains into hard guarding projects. Some enclosures are required to maintain a particular environment. We have lots of experience here working with both our A LEX profiles and stainless steel.
These are large and very unique machines designed to polish large sheets of (usually) acrylic to optically flat and clear panels – for the aircraft and railroad window industry.
Some of our projects simply defy a common description, but this might come close. One-off custom equipment designed to address unique manufacturing process improvements. Here photos speak a thousand words!
